ABOUT CHRIS

Have you ever thought about what makes you different from the other 7+ billion people on the planet other than your DNA? In preparing this website I have thought quite a bit about this question. We would all have to admit that there is no one exactly like us, especially when we think about our personal likes and dislikes, our interests, our passions, our talents and skills, and probably most importantly the beliefs that each of us have about life.

The purpose of this website is to convey what I think is important. I am sure there will be many who will find my views complimentary with their own. I am also fully aware that there are others who will disagree with my beliefs. I am OK with that. Each of us has to come to a point in our life where we are comfortable with whom we are and how the Lord has made us. This does not mean that we stop trying to get better and make a contribution to the world, but it does mean that we worry less about what others think of us and more about how we can make the world a better place.

I am an American through and through. I am grateful that I have been born in a country that has afforded me with opportunities to not only excel, but also make a difference in the world and impact those around me for the better. At the core of my desire to impact the world is my relationship with Jesus Christ. Like a lot of Christians, I work for Jesus. I am certainly not blameless, but understand that I am forgiven because of His call on my life from the beginning.

On this web site you will find numerous resources. Two of the more important resources include Bible Studies that I have taught and compiled over the past 5 years. Secondly, for the past 20 years I have, along with numerous colleagues, authored and presented more than 120 technical papers (many of which are available on this web site) focused primarily in the areas of pipeline damage assessment and repair using composite materials. Documents are available for you to download from this website that are related to these areas of interest.

small minds discuss people.
